1.Product introduction
GBM - Automatic electric frame for handling oversized cargo in open containers or on platforms (manufactured in Sweden). The frame is available in fixed or variable sizes from 20 to 45 feet and can handle loads up to 50 tons. Maximum load height from 2100 to 2400 mm. Operating temperature from +40 to -40 °С.
The OHA frame can be used with any ISO approved automatic spreader. When using a sliding frame, the lead spreader must be able to telescoping with the bayonet locks closed.
The frame has its own electric drive of locks with a rechargeable battery, which can be recharged both from the mains and from its own solar panel. The frame has a reliable safety system - locking the lifting mechanism through a wireless connection to the lead spreader (the lead spreader must also be equipped with such a system).

4. Surface Treatment & Painting
1. Flame dirt-remover, and then shot blasting.
2.Primer coating (Epoxy resin paint) app. 40µm
Middle (Epoxy resin paint) app. 80µm
Top paint (Polyurethane paint) app. 40µm.
3.The top coat paint color is yellow. There is scutcheon with the main specifications, manufacture date and exfactory number.

7.Spreader Characteristics
1.The spreader adopts box-type end beam, so the structure is stable. The twist lock is leak proof structure, which protects the parts from rusting
2. Four hoist points structure, which lighten the dead weight of the spreader, and enhance the stability of the spreader.
3HS20'/ HS40' spreader adopt Heavy hammer type semi-automatic twist lock,manpower to turn the pin is no need any more, which highly improve the work efficiency and safety on spot
8.Safety Test
1. Each spreader should be carried out 150% static load test before delivering.
2. All the lifting eyes should be carried out safety test.
3.Each twist lock should be carried out 25t safety test.
9. Safety Protection
1.When the spreader lifts container, the load should not exceed the max. SWL.
2.When using the spreader, using design function only.
3. Person shouldn't stand under the lifting spreader.
4. After operation, please check if there are damages on the spreader, if fasteners loose. If so, please repair timely.
10.Repair and Maintenance
1.Twist lock
1.Each twist lock should be lubricated (Grease ZG-3), lubricate the spreader half a year.
2 Hinge point of the connecting rod should be lubricated frequently.
3. After operation, please check if there are damages on the twist lock.
Bearing block of the connecting rod should be lubricated frequently.
2.1. After 50 hours' and 250 hours' operation, all the fasteners should be fastened again, and all the lubricating parts should be lubricated.
2. After 100 hours' operation or lifting 1500 containers, check if all the screws and fasteners are fastened. If loose, please fasten again.
3. After 1000 hours' operation or lifting 15000 containers, all the lubricating parts should be lubricated.
4. After 1500 hours' operation or lifting 25000 containers, the twist lock structure should be checked.
aDisassemble all the four twist lock structures.
b)If any problem, please replaced accordingly.
c)Washing all the parts.
d)Install the four twist lock structures.
5. After 3000 hours' operation or lifting 50000 containers, the twist lock structure should be checked, if there are cracks or other faults, please replace timely.
After 6000 hours' operation or lifting 100000 containers, please replace the twist lock structure.
